Until the new north road is open how can this be decided unless as stated new housing Arun need to spend money on more important things not again waste money on something that might not be needed andhas been stated concerns at sewerage in the areas mentioned I personally think its a ridiculous idea no logic to it from what I see Arun only capable of letting these projects go ahead which earns them money to then pay expensive company’s who’s only care is to make money you only have to look new morrisons opened built in a place that gets grid locked today someone directing the traffic no thought put into this Rustington village a social meeting place shops closing down so I can well understand the concerns of village community’s forever lost if Arun allow what will exist on a happy note looks like as the Isle of Wight council have to cut back it is decided they will no longer have a chief exec rather than residents suffer any more and bear the costs so hence have saved money to put to practical use maybe other councils will follow suit for sure the future must be planned properly if not future generations will pay the price
